How it works
- 1 Put the sheet on a dark surface such as a table, then start the camera or choose existing photos or a PDF.
- 2 The edges of the sheet are outlined in green. Capture one page after another; they all go into the same list.
- 3 Tap a page to move its corners, rotate it or change the order. Choose color, grayscale or black and white for text.
- 4 Save everything as one PDF. For searchable text, pass it on to “Make scans searchable”.
How the tool works
What it does
You photograph letters, receipts, contracts or forms with your phone and get a clean PDF, as if from the office scanner. Several pages become one document.
How it's built
Everything runs in your browser. The sheet is located as the largest bright area in the image, and a perspective transform pulls its four corners into a straight rectangle. For “Color, no shadows” we estimate the paper color in small tiles and divide every pixel by it, which makes the paper evenly white. The PDF is built with pdf-lib on your device.

Are my files uploaded?
No. With this tool your file never leaves your device.
Is the text in the scan searchable?
Not right away. The PDF holds the pages as images, just like a flatbed scanner. One click on “Make text searchable” passes it to “Make scans searchable”, where the text is recognized and added as an invisible layer so you can search and copy.
Are there limits on file size or page count?
The main limit is your device, because that is where the work happens. Files up to 100 MB work reliably. With very large files, an older smartphone needs a little patience.
Is the tool free?
