How the tool works
What it does
You turn a list into finished print items: address labels, price tags, name badges, place cards or sequential numbers. Each row of your table becomes one piece, and you insert the columns as placeholders like {Name}.
How it's built
Your browser reads the table and pdf-lib creates the PDF on your device. For your own printer you get A4 sheets; for the print shop one page per design in final size with 3 mm bleed, bleed and trim boxes in the PDF, text and codes as vectors in pure black.

Are my files uploaded?
No. With this tool your file never leaves your device.
What's the difference between my own printer and the print-shop PDF?
For your own printer we put everything on A4 sheets, such as label sheets or cards with crop marks. The print-shop PDF has a separate page per design in final size with 3 mm bleed all round, text and codes as vectors in pure black. That's how online print shops work; you choose the quantity there.
Are there limits on file size or page count?
The main limit is your device, because that is where the work happens. Files up to 100 MB work reliably. With very large files, an older smartphone needs a little patience.
Is the tool free?
