How it works
- 1 Load your address list as Excel or CSV, ideally with headings like name, street, postcode and town.
- 2 Check the four lines. First and last name, or postcode and town, are combined automatically.
- 3 Choose your label sheet and, on partly used sheets, the first free label.
- 4 Download the PDF and print it at actual size.
How the tool works
What it does
You print address labels from your address list: name, company, street, postcode and town on common A4 label sheets, for letters, parcels and mailings.
How it's built
Columns are recognised by their headings; first and last name, as well as postcode and town, are combined into one line. The PDF is created in your browser, the addresses never leave your device.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. With this tool your file never leaves your device.
Which label sheets fit?
Common A4 sheets with 14, 16, 21, 24, 40 or 65 labels and label printers. Compare the size in millimetres with the pack and do a test print with outlines on plain paper first.
Are there limits on file size or page count?
The main limit is your device, because that is where the work happens. Files up to 100 MB work reliably. With very large files, an older smartphone needs a little patience.
Is the tool free?
Yes. All tools on Gatefrog are free to use, with no sign-up, no installation and no watermark from us.
