How it works
- 1 Upload your asset list with asset number, description and location.
- 2 The asset number becomes a barcode, Code 128 by default. The description and location go above it.
- 3 Choose your label sheet or label printer and, for partly used sheets, the first free label.
- 4 Print at actual size. When doing a stocktake, scan the labels with the Live Barcode Scanner.

The asset number is set as a Code 128 vector barcode with human-readable text below. We check every number first and flag errors with their row number.

Are my files uploaded?
No. With this tool your file never leaves your device.
Which barcode works best for asset numbers?
Code 128, which is the default. It handles letters, digits and hyphens, such as INV-0001, and scans reliably even on small labels. For very small labels, a DataMatrix code is a better fit.
Are there limits on file size or page count?
The main limit is your device, because that is where the work happens. Files up to 100 MB work reliably. With very large files, an older smartphone needs a little patience.
