How it works
- 1 Upload your staff list as Excel or CSV, with columns such as name, role, phone, email and website.
- 2 Check the rows. A QR code with the contact details is added on the right; you can turn it off or change it.
- 3 Print ten cards per A4 sheet with crop marks, with outlines for a test print.
- 4 For professional printing, download the print-shop PDF, one page per person.

What it does

How it's built
Columns are detected and inserted as placeholders. The QR code uses the MECARD format, which almost any phone camera recognises as a contact. Text and code stay vector, in pure black for professional printing.

Are my files uploaded?
No. With this tool your file never leaves your device.
What's in the QR code on the business card?
Name, company, phone, email and website in MECARD format. Almost any phone camera recognises it and offers to save the contact. You can see and change which columns go into it in the field next to “With code”.
Are there limits on file size or page count?
The main limit is your device, because that is where the work happens. Files up to 100 MB work reliably. With very large files, an older smartphone needs a little patience.
