How the tool works
What it does
Drop in your e-invoices together with your bank statement and find out for each invoice whether it's paid, partly paid, overpaid or outstanding. You also see the payments that don't match any invoice, for your own invoices as well as for supplier invoices.
How it's built
The invoice number in the payment reference carries the most weight, followed by the exact amount, the IBAN and the name. The amount alone is never enough. If two outstanding invoices have the same amount and there's no other clue, the tool doesn't guess. Partial payments toward the same invoice are added up. Your files are sent encrypted, processed in Germany and deleted right afterwards.

What happens to my files?
Your file is transferred encrypted and processed in Germany only for this one conversion. It is deleted right after the result is delivered; the content is neither stored nor analyzed. For very sensitive documents, we recommend our tools where the file stays on your device, such as “Redact patient data”.
How does the tool decide which payment belongs to which invoice?
The strongest clue is the invoice number in the payment reference, followed by the exact amount, the IBAN and the name. The amount alone is never enough. If two unpaid invoices have the same amount and there's no other clue, the tool doesn't guess: the payment stays unmatched. Partial payments with the same invoice number are added up.
Are there limits on file size or page count?
Yes, so the tool stays free for everyone: up to 20 MB per file and up to 200 pages. On top of that there is a generous daily allowance. Once it is used up, you can continue the next day.
