How it works
- 1 Scan the delivered goods with the live barcode scanner or use an existing list as Excel or CSV.
- 2 Drag in the supplier’s e-invoice, as XRechnung (.xml) or ZUGFeRD PDF.
- 3 The tool matches each line by GTIN or item number and shows what is missing, what is extra and how much money is involved.
- 4 Save the check report as PDF or Excel, for example to file a complaint with the supplier.

You compare a supplier’s e-invoice with what was actually scanned at goods receipt.
How it's built
Everything runs in your browser. The XRechnung or the XML embedded in the ZUGFeRD PDF is read, and each line is matched to the scan list by GTIN, the supplier’s item number or your own item number. The same item in several lines shares the scanned quantity. The possible overcharge is the difference times the unit price.
Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. With this tool your file never leaves your device.
What if the invoice has no item numbers?
Then the tool cannot match the lines reliably. At most it suggests a fitting item based on the description and marks it for checking by hand. It works best when the supplier puts the GTIN (EAN) or their item number in the e-invoice.
Are there limits on file size or page count?
The main limit is your device, because that is where the work happens. Files up to 100 MB work reliably. With very large files, an older smartphone needs a little patience.
